Four Solutions Group is a boutique firm based in Minneapolis that installs intelligence into the operating fabric of a business. Work runs as a single arc with four phases: 01 Foundation (Diagnostic + pilots), 02 Graduation, 03 Scale, 04 Operate. The Diagnostic is a focused 6–8 week engagement that maps the operating fabric and produces a sequenced installation plan, and it is the front door to the work.
